Tools Needed:
Mandolin for slicing potatoes
4 quart baking pan
Food scale
Cutting board
Measuring spoons

Bodybuilding Scalloped Potatoes & Ham

Steps

  1. Slice Potatoes, dice ham, dice onions. Mix in baking dish.

  2. Heat skim milk, flour, butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a sauce pan on medium heat until thickened.

  3. Stir in cheese until melted

  4. Pour sauce over potatoes & ham mixture. Sprinkle the top with paprika to taste.

  5. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour.

  6. Remove foil and bake until top is lightly browned (approximately 15 minutes).

Ingredients

  1. 24 Ounces-Russet Potato (sliced)

  2. 24 Ounces-Hormel Cure 81 Ham

  3. 1/2 Chopped Onion (Large) 

  4. 2 Cups Skim Milk

  5. 3 TBSP Flour

  6. 1/2 Tsp Salt

  7. 1/2 Tsp Pepper

  8. 1 Tsp Garlic Powder

  9. 1 Tsp Onion Powder

  10. 2 Tsp Dried Parsley

  11. 4 Ounces-Kraft Fat Free Cheddar Cheese

  12. Paprika to taste
