Bodybuilding Scalloped Potatoes & Ham

Introduction
A little taste of home cooking comfort food with some alterations to fit your diet plan!
Tools Needed:
Mandolin for slicing potatoes
4 quart baking pan
Food scale
Cutting board
Measuring spoons

Steps
Slice Potatoes, dice ham, dice onions. Mix in baking dish.
Heat skim milk, flour, butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a sauce pan on medium heat until thickened.
Stir in cheese until melted
Pour sauce over potatoes & ham mixture. Sprinkle the top with paprika to taste.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Remove foil and bake until top is lightly browned (approximately 15 minutes).

24 Ounces-Russet Potato (sliced)
24 Ounces-Hormel Cure 81 Ham
1/2 Chopped Onion (Large)
2 Cups Skim Milk
3 TBSP Flour
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Onion Powder
2 Tsp Dried Parsley
4 Ounces-Kraft Fat Free Cheddar Cheese
Paprika to taste
