Bodybuilding Chicken Pot Pie Casserole

Introduction

Chicken Pot Pie is a comfort food staple in the Midwest that we often give up in hopes of improving health and fitness. This recipe is AWESOME and my wife and I will often end making our own pie crust and placing this mixture in the crust for a pot pie. The mixture alone is tasty enough for meal prep as well!

Steps

  1. Dice Chicken Breast

  2. Dice Onions

  3. Chop celery & carrots

  4. Dice Potatoes

  5. Mix all ingredients and place mixture in slow cooker

  6. Cook on High heat for 5-6 hours

Ingredients

  1. 2.5 lbs chicken breast

  2. 1 can fat free cream of chicken soup

  3. 1 can 98% FF Cream of Celery Soup

  4. 1 can 98% FF Cream of Mushroom

  5. 1 ½ tsp black pepper

  6. 1 tsp Garlic Salt

  7. 1 tsp Lawry’s seasoning Salt

  8. 1 small yellow onion

  9. 1 Tbsp dried parsley

  10. 2 Tbsp better than bouillon

  11. 120 grams chopped celery

  12. 128 g chopped carrots

  13. 20 ounces diced potatoes
