Here we are 22 days into the “New Year New Me” movement or New Years resolutions
How are you doing on yours? Are you/have you been faltering & falling into old habits? Have you become complacent? Has motivation begun to cease to exist?
Just wanted to put it out there that those “successful” people that you watch or look to for motivation deal with the same feelings & issues.
People often talk about “the grind” and how every day must be “the grind” and & “the grind” this or “the grind” that.
What I’m here to tell you is that every single moment of our entire life is a grind. You know what that means? It means every day is a take to take action towards what you want!
What no one that talks about “the grind” tells you is that once you go ALL IN 100% and you’re going to do whatever it takes no matter the circumstance IT IS NO LONGER A GRIND... IT A MF’ING ACTION PLAN!
Forget “the grind” & take action! IF YOU’VE faltered ask yourself “am I all in.” Find your “why” again. And tell yourself “If I quit now.... then I might as well JUST QUIT FOREVER.” Because if you aren’t willing to go all in on what you want TODAY... why would you be willing to restart the process and go through the hardship some other time? Let’s SNAP TO AND GET IT DONE!
