I have been struggling with what valuable information I have to share with people to help them with managing their weight and training etc. the thing I realized that I’m better at than anyone I know is maintaining the bodybuilding lifestyle (or diet lifestyle) while constantly being on the road and always being in a hotel. I often teach individuals that are constantly on the road how to make their foods match their goals when eating gas station food or restaurants. Here’s a couple of examples from this week.
